REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for Olyne AI services.

1. Setup Fees

All setup fees are non-refundable.

Setup fees cover:

  • AI agent configuration

  • Custom scripting

  • CRM and calendar integrations

  • Technical setup and deployment

Once work has begun, setup fees cannot be refunded.

2. Monthly Subscription Fees

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once billed.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel at any time with at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle

  • Services will continue until the end of the paid period

  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Services were not delivered at all

  • A technical failure on our side prevented service for an extended period

Any exceptions are at Olyne AI’s sole discretion.

5. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate service termination

  • Loss of access to AI systems
