Appointment booking systems

2. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee:
Specific revenue
Number of bookings
Lead conversion rates
Results depend on multiple factors including your business, market, pricing, and customer behavior.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate business information
Use services legally and ethically
Not misuse AI systems for spam, harassment, or illegal activity
You are responsible for how AI agents are used within your business.
4. Payment Terms
Monthly fees are billed in advance
Setup fees are one-time unless otherwise stated
Failure to pay may result in service suspension
All prices are subject to change with notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, workflows, scripts, and designs provided by Olyne AI remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services during your subscription.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olyne AI shall not be liable for:
Lost revenue
Missed calls
Business interruptions
Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us in the previous 30 days.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
These terms are violated
Services are misused
Payment is not received
You may cancel your subscription according to the Refund Policy.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
